As an online seller based in Australia, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and services. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which provides certain rights and remedies to customers in the event of faulty or defective products or services. This policy outlines our policy on returns and refunds to comply with the ACCC law.

If you receive a product that is faulty, defective or does not match the description provided on our website, you may be entitled to a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. You must notify us of the issue within a reasonable time frame of receiving the product.

Under the ACL, products and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded or modified by the seller. These guarantees include that the product or service will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match any description or sample provided. If a product or service does not meet these guarantees, the consumer is entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund or replacement.

If a consumer requests a refund under the ACL, we will assess the request based on the consumer guarantees and any other relevant factors. If the consumer is entitled to a refund, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. We may also offer a replacement or repair, depending on the circumstances.

  • To be eligible for a refund under the ACL, the consumer must:
  • Have a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Notify us of the issue within a reasonable time frame.
  • Return the product in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be provided using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is faulty or defective.

If a consumer changes their mind about a product or service, we are not obliged to provide a refund under the ACL. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

The ACL provides protections for consumers who enter into agreements because of unsolicited approaches, such as door-to-door sales.

Consumer Redress
The ACL provides a range of remedies for consumers who have suffered loss or damage because of a breach of the ACL.

The ACCC is responsible for enforcing the ACL and has the power to act against businesses that breach the law. Consumers can also act against businesses for breaches of the ACL and can seek redress through the courts or through alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation or arbitration.
